Brent
Vinson
Principal
Mr. Vinson is our Managing Partner. He was the founder, and is Chairman of the
Board of ProtoFab Products, Inc. a unique
hardware manufacturing, sales, and distribution company. He also founded a niche
food
sales company that sold the largest chain restaurants. Brent was CEO of Snapware
Corp. and was the former COO of FloTool Corp. Prior to that Mr. Vinson was
VP/GM for ConAgra Foods. His Division was the three time winner of the ConAgra
Operating Award. As Marketing Director for Hunt Wesson Foods, he helped to build
their Specialty Products Division. Brent is a former Proctor & Gamble Food Brand
Manager, he helped create P&G’s Beverage Division and introduced
six new brands to the market. Brent is a prolific entrepreneur who has founded
four companies and saved two others from bankruptcy. He is also an advisor to the California State University at
Fullerton Department of Entrepreneurship. He holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in
Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Vinson oversees each
client’s progress so they all receive the benefit of his experience.
Jim Ruschman
Principal
Mr. Ruschman was the CEO of R&B Fresh Express, a
specialty food distribution company, VP and GM of Bestfresh Foods and has held both marketing and sales
management positions with Unilever, ConAgra and Hunt Wesson Foods. He has
a wide range of experience creating food business sales and has introduced over
fourteen new products. Mr. Ruschman holds a B.S. degree in Business from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Peter
Drucker School at Claremont College. He focuses on our sales and marketing challenges.
Chad Morgan
Principal
Mr. Morgan is the newest addition to of our team. He is the President of RGR Technologies a high tech marketing
firm which he founded. Chad has a wide range of experience
using high tech to market products and build companies. His techniques for
reaching customers via the internet are "state of the art". He and his wizards also advise
us on the latest high tech and IT developments. Mr. Morgan holds a B.A. degree in
Business from California State University at Fullerton. He focuses on our IT and
computer related issues including systems development, website effectiveness and
upstream technologies.
